What We Fabricate
Hardwood Tread Preparation
We source premium solid hardwood in your chosen species — white oak, maple, walnut, or ash — and prepare each tread to exact dimensions. Treads are profiled, sanded, and finished to a consistent, durable surface ready for high-traffic use.
Steel Stringer Fabrication
Our steel stringers are cut and welded with precision. Stringers can be finished in matte black powder coat, white, or a custom colour. All welds are ground smooth and the final finish is applied to a high standard.
Glass Panel Preparation
Tempered safety glass panels are cut to exact dimensions, edge-finished, and tested before installation. All glass components meet Ontario Building Code requirements for structural railing applications.
Hardware Preparation
Baluster inserts, post bases, rail brackets, and hardware components are prepared and tested during fabrication to ensure clean installation and a consistent finished appearance.
